Sweet Dreams

Sweet dreams is for parents who want an extra level of support and guidance. This programme gives you the choice of either an in person visit before the programme is created, or on your first night of implementing your tailored sleep programme.

Your programme will begin once you have completed a questionnaire and sleep diary.

​

Phone Consultation

Firstly, we will have a 60 minute phone call consultation to discuss details of the overnight support (date, time, requirements etc) and I will review your sleep questionnaire and diary with you. It will also be an opportunity to get to know each other and help me get to know you as a parent, creating a further understanding of your child, your family and your home setup.  We will discuss a sleep programme that is most appropriate to you and your parenting style and values, so that during the home visit we can implement this together.

Customised Program

This programme will be tailored and appropriate to you and your child’s sleep needs. This programme will be created and forwarded onto you before the home visit, 48 hours after our phone consultation has ended. This will be an easy to follow, detailed, step by step plan. The sleep plan will have considered your baby/child’s sleep environment, sleep patterns, feeding times and much more. Consistency is key when implementing these plans, so it is important you feel comfortable and confident in implementing them.

Private In-Home Support

I will arrive an hour before your child’s bedtime routine begins, until 7am the following morning. Any night wakings, I will be there to help guide you in implementing your personalised programme with the aim that you feel confident in continuing independently in the upcoming nights. This can also be an opportunity for you to discuss your plan that has been created.

Two Follow-Up Phone Calls

Two follow up phone calls to be used two weeks after the home visit. This will be between 15-30 minutes and will give us the opportunity to discuss any setbacks or questions you have while progressing through the programme.

Two Week WhatsApp Support

As well as the two follow up phone calls, you also have the opportunity to WhatsApp message me if any questions arise or you just need a friendly reminder that you are doing great!

If you feel that you would benefit more from a home visit before the sleep programme is created and implemented, this can be discussed in the phone consultation. This will be with the aim for me to assess your current bedtime and night time wakings, to then go on creating a plan most appropriate for your child, family and home environment.

Terms & Conditions

  • All payments must be paid before the first phone call consultation. 

  • All paperwork must be sent back, via email, 48 hours before the arranged phone consultation.

  • Your personalised sleep plan will be sent to you, via email, 48 hours after the arranged phone consultation.

  • If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the first consultation is booked, the full amount will still be taken

  • If a booking is cancelled 48 hours to 7 days notice, 50% of the amount will be taken.

  • NannyEm does not offer medical advice, instead I will refer you to your GP to seek further professional advice.

  • The 2 week WhatsApp support will commence on the date that we agreed to start the plan on. This cannot be postponed. If you require further WhatsApp support after these two weeks, an extra fee will be charged of £100 for an additional two weeks. 

  • WhatsApp support is between the hours on 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday. 

  • Travel costs will be additionally added onto the price of the package, depending on the location of the family home. 

  • Night time stays will be between Thursday-Sunday evening. 

  • NannyEm follows the guidance of the Lullaby Trust, ensuring safe sleep practices. https://www.lullabytrust.org.uk/ 

  • NannyEm is a level 6 OCN qualified sleep practitioner and all information shared is based on scientific research and academic learning.

  • NannyEm will provide a personalised sleep programme, including everything we have discussed in the phone consultation. Parents must understand that it is down to them to implement the sleep plan and recognise the importance of consistency to ensure success. 

  • No refunds will be given if a client decides not to begin the plan provided. 

  • If a client does not begin the plan within three months after the agreed date, then a new plan will need to be purchased.
