Preliminary Evaluation

To get started, I will ask you to fill out a sleep diary and questionairre which will give me insight into your current circumstances and understand the results you are seeking.  From this, the correct and appropriate professional advice can be given to you in the phone consultation.

Phone Consultation

After I have anaylsed your preliminary materials, we will have a 60 minute phone consultation. This will be a chance to get to know each other and more importantly, for me to gain an understanding of your child, family and home setup. Together, we will discuss a sleep programme that is most appropriate to you and your parenting style and values. I will never ask you to do a programme that you are not comfortable with. Consistency is key when implementing these plans, so it is important you feel comfortable and confident in implementing them. 

All professional advice given is to support you provided on your current circumstances. 

Together we will discuss the different options available to you, as well as when you hope to begin the plan.

The consultation will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions and to discuss any concerns you may have.

Personalised Sleep Plan

After the phone consultation, a fully tailored and personalised plan will be sent to you, via email, 48 hours after our phone consultation has ended. This will be an easy to follow, detailed, step by step plan. The sleep plan will have considered your baby/child’s sleep environment, sleep patterns, feeding times and much more.

WhatsApp Support

Whilst I will do everything I can to give you the confidence to begin your programme, you will have two weeks of WhatsApp support for those moments you feel that you need help.The WhatsApp support can be your opportunity to express any concerns or questions you have and an opportunity for us to make tweaks if appropriate. 

Terms & Conditions

  • All payments must be paid before the first phone call consultation. 

  • All paperwork must be sent back, via email, 48 hours before the arranged phone consultation.

  • Personalised sleep plan will be sent to you, via email, 48 hours after the arranged phone consultation.

  • If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the first consultation is booked, the full amount will still be taken

  • If a booking is cancelled 48 hours to 7 days notice, 50% of the amount will be taken.

  • NannyEm does not offer medical advice, instead I will refer you to your GP to seek further professional advice.

  • The 2 week WhatsApp support will commence on the date that we agreed to start the plan on. This cannot be postponed. If you require further WhatsApp support after these two weeks, an extra fee will be charged of £100 for an additional two weeks. 

  • WhatsApp support is between the hours on 8am-8pm, Monday-friday and 9am-1pm Saturday. 

  • No refunds will be given if a client decides not to begin the plan provided. 

  • If a client does not begin the plan within three months after the agreed date, then a new plan will need to be purchased. 

  • NannyEm will provide a personalised sleep programme, including everything we have discussed in the phone consultation. Parents must understand that it is down to them to implement the sleep plan and recgonise the importance of consistency to ensure success.

  • NannyEm is a level 6 OCN qualified sleep practitioner and all information shared is based on scientific research and academic learning.
